TENMEIHANTEN.

Last month,
I'd been to "TENMEI-HANTEN JYUUTAKU" in Mitaka,Tokyo.
(“Reversible Destiny Lofts MITAKA -In Memory of Helen Keller-“)

This was designed by Syuusaku Arakawa( 1938-2010) and Madeline Gins.
He was one of great Japanese modern artist.

@who is Syuusaku Arakawa?;

@what is "TENMEI-HANTEN JYUUTAKU?"

This loft had made in order to "not to die".
Concept is "Memory for Hellen Kellar",
Just for brush-up and improve human five sences like Hellen Kellar.
Every rooms are not Square, Circle shape.
And almost floor is inequality,not flat.
But frankly speaking,
this is really natural human loft.
From the beginning,many many years ago,
every human had been living in the forest,
with nature.
In nature,never having "flat" floors and vertical walls.
When,and who had decided,made,designed
only straight and level plain houses and buildings??
These are un-natural.
Only "straight"space made human get dull.

In the yellow circle room.

This lofts was also really colorful.
When look somewhere in the room,
there must more than 6 colors in one sight.
Because "more than 6 colors"gives good balance
and relief for human being.
Surprisingly,before built this,
Neighbors had never opposite.
Arakawa said,
”When a colorful bouquet is received, no one will be angry as excess. ”

Kitchen;

Saint Cross

This day held special talk live by Saint Cross Company.
Subject was "Make the human".
I could spend solid and interested times.
Thank you so much Mr.Otsuka,
Mr.Koishi and Mr.Morita.
I'm looking forward to next event!!

You may check out next event!

In conclusion,this is natural human loft essentially.

Next time,I'd like to visit Hundertwasser house in Vienna!!

追記;
